If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986) to firstly exchange or replace faulty goods, and failing to do that, provide a refund.

If your return falls outside of the above terms, some goods (music and DVDs) can be traded back through our second hand trades department. For the items that can be traded; we offer in-store credit of 60% of a new item price and 70% of a second hand item price, if you still have your receipt, and trade within 2 weeks.
